Better Together Chocolate CO.
Better Together Chocolate CO. was a project I worked on during my senior year of college. The project was to create a branding for a fictional chocolate company that focused on a particular facet of chocolate. For example that could be the environmental impact of cocoa farming, the health benefits or lack there of, or what I chose to explore - the labor rights abuses occurring in cocoa farms. The concept behind Better Together Chocolate CO. was that for every dollar spent on the product a dollar would be donated to labor rights groups focusing on cocoa farms. Creating a direct partnership between producer and consumer for a better tomorrow.
Mood Boards
Starting out with the mood boards, here I started out exploring the various fonts, color schemes and potential logo designs that could work for my brand.
After some initial feedback I had began to experiment with some further logo designs. The concept behind them was to focus on the cooperation or the donation aspect of the Better Together concept.
After some further revisions and feedback I decided to scrap all the other ideas in favor of a more simple and direct approach to the logo.
Finally, The packaging idea came directly from the final logo concept, repeating the pattern throughout the background in order to better create that sense of togetherness
